Brakelights® Red Yucca is an improved cultivar of a Texas native closely related to Yucca but without the sharp spines. It has tough, narrow grass-like leaves with peeling hair like fibers on the edges. Brakelights® is compact with dark red flowers that bloom repeatedly throughout the season. Excellent in containers, along walkways, in rock gardens and in harsh, difficult conditions. Well adapted to heat and drought, preferring full sun and well drained soil.
