Frederick Passionvine is one of the hardiest selections available, with exotic blooms in shades of purple and white. Evergreen in mild climates and semi-deciduous in climates with frost. Excellent for growing on fences and arbors. Unlike many Passionvines, Frederick produces edible fruit that is ripe when it reaches a dark purple color and falls from the vine. Self-pollinating but does not self sow.
