Etna Echeveria is a hybrid bred for its beautiful color, large size and the unusual raised caruncles that form on the tops of its leaves. Forming open rosettes up to a foot in diameter, it is stunning in rock gardens, succulent beds and containers. Native to Mexico, it is best to protect this plant from cold, wet winter conditions. Do not allow water to sit in the rosette of the plant as this can lead to rot. Remove dead leaves from the bottom of the stem as it grows to discourage pests such as mealybugs and snails.
