Meeker Raspberry is vigorous and fast growing, producing large dark red fruit in June. Producing on second year growth, Meeker has high sugar content, is self-pollinating and is excellent for fresh eating, freezing or making jam. Prune raspberries by removing old unproductive canes and allowing new, younger canes to remain. Meeker is an upright grower and does not require staking.
