Concord Grape Spiderwort is a compact selection that forms grassy clumps of blue green foliage with purplish blue flowers that open daily throughout summer. A desirable and often difficult to find plant, it is useful in containers, borders and mass plantings and is tolerant of sun or shade. A cold hardy perennial, it can be trimmed in spring to encourage new growth. Propagate by division when clumps become overcrowded. Tolerant of boggy soils.
