Variegated Smooth Agave has a distinctive upright shape, with outwardly turning urn shaped leaves. This variegated selection is especially pretty with bright green color and yellow leaf margins. Known as Smooth Agave because it has rubbery leaves with smooth outer edges. At the end of each leaf is a sharp terminal spine. A nice choice for planting in groups or containers. Like all agaves, it prefers well drained soil and weekly watering during dry weather. Cold protection required below 25F.
