Sun Valley Maple is a cold tolerant cultivar of deciduous native Red Maple. Known for moderately fast growth and small to medium mature height, it has strong upright growth and a symmetrical crown. A wonderful choice for fall color and tolerant of a variety of soils. Red Maples prefer regular water and can tolerate wet soil. Sun Valley is a male selection, which flowers but does not produce seeds.
