‘Shorty’ Leyland Cypress is a dwarf variety with an erect pyramidal form and dense finely textured foliage in rich green tones. Excellent as an accent plant or in containers, it is also suitable for planting along walkways, flanking trances and training as a screen or hedge. Shorty remains compact and requires little maintenance. It can be lightly sheared and is drought tolerant once established. Also known as Cupressocyparis leylandii ‘Reco.’
