Tuff Stuff Ah-Ha^® Mountain Hydrangea reblooms continuously and maintains a compact form, making it both ornamental and carefree. The large double blooms will be pink or blue depending on your soil pH. Deadheading is not required for repeat flowers and minimal pruning is needed in spring, just to remove any dead wood. Mountain hydrangeas grow wild on chilly mountain tops instead of the mild seaside, and therefore have substantially better cold tolerance than other varieties. We recommend a minimum of 4 hours of sun each day for best flowering and color. In hot climates, shade during the hottest part of the day is required.
