Santa Rosa Plum is one of the most popular varieties of plums, with showy spring flowers and sweet, juicy, large fruit that ripen in late July. Santa Rosa plums are self-fertile and don’t require a pollinator to produce fruit, although they will produce more if another plum is nearby. Preferring sun and well drained soil, they can be held at any height with pruning.
