Excalibur Yucca forms uniform round globes of sword like flexible leaves with fine filaments, adding lushness, texture and bold geometry to the dry garden. Excellent for containers, accenting walkways and as filler plants in difficult areas. Yucca are durable and tough, adapting readily to heat, drought and sun. Unlike some yucca which have hard leaves, Excalibur is soft leaved making it easier to work with and safer near pets and children. Excalibur is non-trunking and remains compact. It blooms annually and will send up a spike of profuse showy white flowers that will feed hummingbirds, butterflies and beneficial pollinators. Easy to care for when planted in well drained soil.
