This deciduous vine is a hybrid descendent of California wild grape. Roger’s Red California Grape forms draping masses of green foliage and produces small edible purple grapes. A special selection, its leaves turn vibrant red in the autumn when many other grape vines turn yellow. A rapid grower, it is frost hardy and drought tolerant. Ideal for covering large trellises and shade structures. An excellent choice for woodland and wildlife gardens.
