Pinky Winky® Panicle Hydrangea has an unusual name, and an even more unusual flower. The large white panicles open in mid to late summer, and as summer turns to fall the florets at the base of the panicles turn pink. The flower panicles continue to grow, producing new white florets at the tip. The result is spectacular two-toned flower panicles that can reach up to 16 inches in length!
This is a real show-stopper that’s also very easy to grow. Adaptable to most soils and both sun and shade, Pinky Winky will thrive in most gardens. Prefers good, loamy soil. Adaptable to many soils, moderate moisture required. Blooms regardless of climate, soil, pH or pruning.
Can be easily maintained as a smaller plant or trained into a small tree. Prune in late winter/early spring. Fertilize in early spring by applying a slow release fertilizer specialized for trees and shrubs. Follow the label recommendations for rates of application.

Let’s Dance® Blue Jangles® Hydrangea is a big-leaf hydrangea that blooms on both old and new wood, with a tight, compact habit that is unusual among reblooming hydrangeas. Large, full flower heads will readily go heavenly blue in acid soils; in alkaline soils, they’ll be vivid pink. This proven performer will bloom reliably even in zone 5.
Top three reasons to grow Let’s Dance® Blue Jangles® hydrangea:
-The only truly compact reblooming hydrangea.
-Blooms on old wood and new wood, so you get more flowers over a longer period
-Large flowers readily turn a deep blue in acidic soils
Let’s Dance® hydrangeas are best left unpruned – though they bloom on both old and new wood, you’ll enjoy many more blooms over a longer period if you don’t prune them except to remove any dead wood in spring, once the new growth has emerged.
Big-leaf hydrangeas benefit from a good layer of shredded bark mulch to keep their shallow roots from drying out. In colder climates, they should get at least six hours of sun, ideally in the morning; warm climate gardeners should ensure plants are shaded during the hottest parts of the day.

Lime Rickey® Smooth Hydrangea is an outstanding native hydrangea with large, disc-like blooms. The flowers start out a fresh green and age to rich jade, all accented with pink pollen for a unique accent. The stems on this hydrangea are exceptionally strong, and unlike ‘Annabelle,’ hold up to even the strongest summer storms without bending or flopping. We’ve seen this plant withstand 2″ of rainfall in one hour, completely unphased! It makes an excellent cut flower and dries well, too. Deadheading is not necessary. And because it’s a super hardy smooth hydrangea, you can rely on it to bloom every year no matter where you plant it, no matter how you prune it.
Top three reasons to grow Lime Rickey hydrangea:
– blooms every summer, even in very cold areas.
– large, jade-green flowers are very long-lasting.
– exceptionally strong stems won’t flop, even after heavy rains.

-Native to North America
-White flowers change to pink
-Excellent fall color

Compared to its famous sibling ‘Limelight’, Little Lime® Panicle Hydrangea may seem like a pipsqueak. Don’t let this petite shrub fool you. While maintaining its short stature of 3-5’ tall and wide, it really packs a visual punch in the garden. In summer, lime green blooms open on strong stems – no drooping here. As it ages, rich pink coloring emerges to prolong the show through fall.
Little Lime® Panicle Hydrangea is small enough to grow in containers and also stands out as a bold mass planting. Its bright bloom coloration makes it an excellent choice for cut flower gardens and can be used fresh or dried. This reliable performer blooms on new wood, so a quick trim in late winter or early spring will encourage fresh growth and an abundance of buds. Like most hardy hydrangeas, it is hardy to Zone 3 and does best in partial sun to shade.
Summer flowers open soft green and turn pink and burgundy in fall. 2016 – Selected as landscape plant of the year
2015 – Awarded a Gold Medal from The Royal Boskoop Horticultural Society.
2013 – Awarded Plantarium Gold Medal
2013 – Green is Life Bronze Medal
2011 – American Nursery & Landscape Association (ANLA) Management Clinic Best New Plant award.
Prune in late winter/early spring. Apply a controlled release fertilizer in early spring. A supplemental dose of liquid feed may be needed in mid summer. Soil pH does not affect bloom color.

Beyond Midnight® Bluebeard has extremely dark, glossy foliage, a compact habit, and deep blue flowers. It adds much-needed color to the late summer landscape and makes a handsome companion with perennials. A great favorite with pollinators of all types!
Top three reasons to grow Beyond Midnight® caryopteris:
-Adds fresh color to the landscape late in the season
-Attracts bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds
-Better color and habit than other caryopteris
Other Features:
Long Blooming
Fall Interest
Heat Tolerant
Deadheading Not Necessary
Drought Tolerant
Caryopteris demands a sunny spot and very well-drained soil. Wet soils, particularly those that remain soggy during periods of cold weather, will cause root rot. For this reason, we recommend early season planting of caryopteris in zones 5 and 6.
Caryopteris should be cut back every spring to ensure sturdy, dense growth. However, do not cut it back until new growth begins to emerge on the stems in spring. Then, cut the whole plant back to just above where large, healthy buds are emerging.

Pearl Glam® Beautyberry is an improved cultivar with multi-season interest starting in spring with the emergence of its lovely dark purple foliage. Late summer brings white flowers that yield violet-purple berries by the hundreds. An upright habit makes this a space-saver compared to more conventional beautyberry varieties, too.
Top three reasons to grow Pearl Glam® beautyberry:
– dark purple foliage from spring to frost
– dozens of orchid-colored berries in fall
– upright, space-saving habit
Other Notes: Pearl Glam® does not need a pollinator to set berries; one plant is sufficient for a good crop. Prune, if desired, in early spring, and remove any dead wood at that point as well. Plant may experience some die back each year in colder zones, but it will resprout from the ground and still flower and fruit that year.

Pugster Blue® Butterfly Bush is a compact plant that reaches just 2 feet tall and wide but has the large, full flowers normally seen on a much larger plant. It blooms non-stop from early summer through frost with true-blue flowers, each with a tiny yellow-orange eye in the center. Thanks to thick, sturdy stems, the Pugster® series offers vastly improved hardiness and winter survival over other types of dwarf butterfly bush. Prefers good drainage.
