Yucca rostrata is beautiful and drought tolerant, forming round heads with thin flexible powder blue leaves on slow growing central trunks. Native to the Western Texas and Northern Mexico where it is found growing on limestone ridges, faster growth can be achieved in alkaline soil. Initially single trunked with one central rosette, this cold hardy native forms multiple heads as it matures.
